1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and tkabt (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the tkabt website, all services offered through it, and any related features, tools, or content made available by tkabt to users in Bangladesh and elsewhere.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with the tkabt platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately. tkabt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of tkabt is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. tkabt reserves the right to request verification documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tkabt strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned subject to verification.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and individuals acting as agents for third parties may not register accounts on tkabt.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. Any false or misleading information provided constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, account restriction, or ban issued by tkabt or by any responsible gaming authority that you are aware of.
• You must not use the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether accessing tkabt is lawful in your location before proceeding.

3Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to maintain a single tkabt account only. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held across those accounts. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, create a secure password, and agree to these Terms at the point of registration.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. tkabt will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify tkabt support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security. tkabt support is available 24/7 via live chat and by email at [email protected].
• tkabt reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage — including at the point of withdrawal — to verify your identity, age, and the source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your tkabt account is strictly personal and may not be used by any other individual. tkabt may close any account found to be shared between two or more persons without prior notice.

tkabt employs SSL encryption across all pages and connections. However, the security of your account also depends on the measures you take personally — using a strong, unique password and logging out after each session, especially on shared or public devices.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on tkabt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however tkabt reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for deposits exceeding ৳50,000 in any single transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (e.g., a deposit made via bKash must be withdrawn to a bKash wallet). tkabt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification in accordance with tkabt's KYC procedures. tkabt reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
• Any funds that are the proceeds of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity will be forfeited in their entirety. tkabt will co-operate fully with any relevant law enforcement or regulatory authority investigation.
• tkabt accepts no liability for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that result from circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control, including but not limited to delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking network issues.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

tkabt offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered. Players must complete the rollover using real-money bets placed on eligible games.
• tkabt reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will have their bonus honoured under the original terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts, shared addresses, or shared payment methods will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the game(s) specified at the time of the promotion only. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• tkabt reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings from a player's account where there is reasonable evidence that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any other activity intended to exploit the bonus system.

6Responsible Gaming

tkabt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, and the following provisions form part of tkabt's responsible gaming framework:

• Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, or a self-exclusion period by contacting tkabt support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in force for the period requested.
• tkabt will not knowingly accept deposits from, or allow play by, any person who has applied for self-exclusion. If a self-excluded player circumvents the exclusion and plays, any winnings generated during the excluded period will not be paid out.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkabt. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Any account suspected of involvement in financial crime will be frozen immediately and reported to relevant authorities.
• Employing any software, bot, script, or automated process to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users, including but not limited to automated betting systems or game-manipulation tools.
• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a game or sporting event on which bets are placed through the platform.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one tkabt account, whether in your own name or under a false identity. All funds across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Attempting to exploit any technical fault, error, or vulnerability in the platform's software, payment processing, or game engines. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are not valid and will be voided.

tkabt uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited activities forfeit all rights to funds held in their account at the time of detection.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the tkabt platform — including but not limited to the tkabt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and all other visual and functional elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkabt or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content or intellectual property from the tkabt platform without the prior written consent of tkabt. Any unauthorised use of tkabt's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkabt's total liability to any user in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided by tkabt shall be limited to the net amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tkabt shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if tkabt has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any loss or damage arising from interruption or unavailability of the platform, game software errors, payment processing delays, or any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or network outages.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional material, which may be subject to change without notice.

10Account Termination and Suspension

tkabt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where tkabt has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player's account is involved in fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise prohibited activity; (c) the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage; or (d) closure is required for regulatory, compliance, or risk-management purposes.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

11Amendments to These Terms

tkabt may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Where a revision is material — for example, a change that significantly affects your rights — tkabt will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting tkabt support at [email protected].

12Governing Law and Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tkabt operates as an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through tkabt's customer support process should be submitted in writing to tkabt via the support email address below. tkabt will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
